Hi, I'm Heather. I work with a Lead Generation company, based in Atlanta, and oversee Innovation and Strategy for the SDR team.

I have a neurodivergent 13 year old, who was diagnosed with ADHD at 7 years old, and I was diagnosed 3 years later at the age of 35, at the onset of 2020.

Looking back at my life, there are many situations that make more sense since my diagnosis.

Having ADHD in sales is both incredibly difficult, but also profoundly enthralling. There are a multitude of things to keep my squirrel brain happy throughout the day, but there has to be discipline and focus too.

Through therapy, and aligning my calendar with tasks has been the game-changer I've always needed to stay on track.
